You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.


How to Request a Refund

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, we’ll cover the return shipping fees in full.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Promotional or giveaway items

  • Discounted or clearance products (unless defective)


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure successful delivery.
We are not liable for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information;

  • The recipient’s unavailability at the delivery address;

  • Failure to collect the package from the courier within the holding period.

If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, we may reship the item (additional shipping costs may apply) or issue a refund excluding the original shipping fee.
